Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all paddles, balls, or accessories are included and in new condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
